Change of registrar
Total S.A. has entrusted the management of its register of registered shareholders to Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS) since January 20, 2020. The accounts previously managed by BNP Paribas Securities Services were automatically transferred
to SGSS on this date.
For shareholders with pure registered shares, the brokerage fees have been reduced to 0.19% inc. VAT of the gross amount of operations with a ceiling amount of one thousand euros per transaction. There are still no custodial or management fees.

2020 SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING

The next Total S.A. Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Friday May 29, 2020 at 10am, at the Salle Pleyel, 252, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in the 8th arrondissement in Paris.
In the context of the coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic and the efforts to prevent its spread, and in compliance with the statement made by the Autorité des marchés financiers (French Financial markets authority) in its press release dated March 6, 2020,
the Board of Directors invites its shareholders to vote by post or through the Internet, without physically attending the shareholders’ meeting. The conditions applying to physical attendance at the Shareholders’ Meeting may change, in accordance
with sanitary and/or legal requirements. Consequently, shareholders are invited to regularly read the pages dedicated to the 2020 Shareholders’ Meeting on the Company’s website, www.total.com.
